Hello..

​I graduated from Başkent University, Nutrition and Dietetics Department in 2017. Then, in 2019, I completed the Başkent University Nutrition and Dietetics Master's program with thesis and specialized in chronic kidney disease. In 2021, I started the PhD Program in Nutrition and Dietetics at Başkent University.

In this process, I started to serve at BOB Gym Personnel Coaching and worked with athletes. Later, I gave consultancy services about nutrition and diet at the B-fit women's sports and life center. I worked as a Specialist Dietitian at Private Çankaya Hospital for about three years.


Now I am with you in England. With the belief that the foundation of a healthy and quality life is proper nutrition, and in line with scientific knowledge, I continue my goal of reflecting the profession as an ethical and respectable science in order to provide individuals with sustainable eating habits.


It should be our goal to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle and to maintain it for life, while feeling comfortable and safe while doing this is a sign that we are walking on the right path. Food should taste good, make you feel good, be accessible, and I'm here to show you how!

Process

What does health mean to you? If you had asked me this before I started getting acquainted with my profession, my answer would have been completely different. At the time, I wasn't digging deep into diet culture and wasn't even aware of it. While I was reading this chapter, when I realized that my profession will be a part of my life, especially for myself and future generations, I made an effort to carry it forward.

My mission will always be to help people rediscover the pleasure of eating food without restriction or fear. That's why I brought intuitive eating into my nutritional practice.

So if you were to ask what health means to me now, my answer would be completely different. But I'm not here to tell you exactly what health is like - I'm here to help you redefine what it means to you. Without judgment, without shame, without weight-fixing. Still, I'm here to show you how amazing food can be, what it might look like to embrace intuitive eating and start accepting and respecting your body. Let's be real, you can't always feel 100% positive about everything. But you can start to let go of the diet mentality and when that happens for someone, I have my hands in the air, "YAASSS!" I'm behind you shouting.
